Shahu Tours is a professional travel agency offering customized and group tour packages with a specialization in Kashmir, Himachal, Kerala, and other prime Indian destinations. We provide:

End-to-end tour management
To use our services or make bookings, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Accept these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made through our website, official agents, or by contacting us directly.
A minimum advance payment (typically 30%–50%) is required to confirm the booking.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Shahu Tours.
Special terms may apply for bookings involving more than 10 people.
Customized itineraries and payment schedules will be discussed and documented separately.
Full payment must be received before the departure date, as per the agreement.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfers, online payment gateways, and credit/debit cards.
Late or failed payments may result in cancellation without notice.
All applicable taxes are included unless otherwise mentioned.
We understand cancellations are sometimes necessary. Our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms and is summarized below:
More than 45 days before departure: 40% of full payment charged
Within 45 days: 60% of full payment charged
Within 30 days: 100% of full payment charged (no refund)
Any third-party fees (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Payment gateway charges and non-refundable services are non-reimbursable.
No refunds are granted once the tour has commenced.
No compensation for unused services due to early departure, late arrival, missed activities, or voluntary withdrawal.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Bank charges or delays are beyond our control.

Customers requesting changes or rescheduling must do so in writing.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Shahu Tours.
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Government restrictions or political unrest
Strikes or transportation failures
Pandemics, lockdowns, or health emergencies
In such events, Shahu Tours will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a credit note, but refunds may not be possible.
Clients must follow instructions from tour leaders or guides at all times.
Any misconduct, abuse, or violation of local laws may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Travelers are responsible for their own belongings and documents (ID, tickets, etc.).
Shahu Tours shall not be held liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or death
Loss or damage to personal property
Missed flights, trains, or transfers not caused by us
Any damages caused by third-party providers
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
Travelers must carry:
Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
Booking confirmations and tickets
Travel permits if applicable
Failure to carry necessary documents may result in denied service or entry, for which Shahu Tours bears no responsibility.
All website content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the intellectual property of Shahu Tours and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.
